Depending on your previous experience, five levels of seniority are available to you:

 

Required skills and experience

In our view, management consulting is only successful when the project participants - on both the client and advisory side - work together on the best possible basis. If you are interested in joining C4 Consulting as a Management Consultant, you should therefore be able to draw on the following skills and abilities:

  • The ability to build trust 
  • The ability to recognize the true causes of contradictory points of view 
  • The ability to motivate others to both view things and act differently

You should also fulfil the general requirements for working as a Consultant in a Top Management Consulting firm:

  • You have an aptitude for analytical and conceptual thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions 
  • You enjoy team work and have excellent communication skills 
  • You combine professional know-how with implementation and realization-based expertise
